How long before my order is sent?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our team has received your order. We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 days. We are committed to dispatching all orders promptly.

Please note that there are rare occasions when when some pieces may not be available for immediate dispatch. If this occurs we will contact you with further information and options.

How will I know when my order is sent?

Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can lookup your tracking number online by clicking here or using the Australia Post app.

How long until I get my order?

Once your order has been dispatched by our team, the delivery time will depend on the carrier. Delays could happen due to events, volume capacities during peak times. Split Orders - Why has only part of my order been sent?

To avoid delays and disappointment we may fulfil your order from multiple locations. In this case, your order will be split into multiple orders and will arrive in separate parcels.

You will receive emails with any order updates showing which items have shipped and their tracking numbers. You will not incur any additional shipping charges in the event of a split order.

I've got a mix of in-stock and pre-order items, how will they ship?

Your in-stock items will ship normally and your special order items will ship once they have been received. You can refer to your initial special order email to check the timeframe. You will receive emails with any order updates showing which items have shipped and their tracking numbers. You will not incur any additional shipping charges with special order items.

Can I change my order once it is placed?

Unfortunately once an order is received, it begins to immediately process and we cannot cancel or make amendments to the order.

Amendments may include but are not limited to:

Change of delivery address; changes to colours and sizes; adding or removing items; applying discounts and full order cancellations

Please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement.

What if I've made a mistake with my address?

After an order has been placed we are unable to make any amendments to your order including updates to your address.

We recommend contacting Australia Post with your tracking number and asking to have your parcel redirected to the correct address.

Can you ship to a PO Box or Parcel Locker?

Yes we can

Do you ship to temporary addresses like Hotels or Airbnb?

Unfortunately no.

Does it need to have signature on delivery?

For security reasons, a signature is required for all deliveries. If you have not been able to sign for your delivery when the delivery arrives, a collection card will be left at your address providing details of your local Post Office.

What countries do you currently ship to?

You can buy online and ship to Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, Singapore, the United Kingdom and the United States. We hope to bring more online international options shortly.

What if I am not located in one of the listed countries?

Should you wish to purchase an item and are located in another country than those above, please contact our customer care team and we will assist you in placing an order.
