How can I find a particular piece?

Our search function has been designed so you can easily locate pieces by designer, collection or features. However if you can't find something you are after, we may be able to specially order it in for you.

How can I find out more information about a jewellery piece?

Special orders & Custom orders

The piece or size I want says it is a special order, what does that mean?

Occasionally on some pieces, we offer special orders. This allows you to order the item before the stock has arrived.

Please read the description carefully to ensure you are happy to wait for the expected arrival period. The date is an expected delivery date and may change due to elements out of our control. If this happens, our team will email you to let you know.

You will be charged at the time of placing a special order. Pre-order items cannot be cancelled or exchanged for another product once ordered.

Regular return periods apply once your pre-order is shipped.

What if a gemstone, colour or size I want is not in stock?

Please contact our customer care team using the by clicking here Contact Us button below with the details of the item and the gemstone, colour or size you would like and our team will see if we can order it for you.

My order has in stock and special order items, will they ship separately?

Yes. If your order contains a mix of items we have in stock and pre-order items, we will ship the in-stock items as soon as possible and ship your pre-ordered items once they come in.

Can I cancel a special order or custom item once it is ordered?

Unfortunately specially ordered and pre-ordered items cannot be cancelled or exchanged for another product once ordered.

Regular return periods apply once your order has been shipped to you.

What is each piece made from?

Each piece will have information about what it is made from however here is some information about each type.

Gold Plating over Sterling Silver (Vermeil) - Enjoy beautiful gold colours without the price tag. Our favourite form of plated jewellery. Why? It gives the hallmarks and value of .925 Sterling Silver and combines it with a plating of Yellow or Rose Gold, giving a beautiful look at a fraction of the equivalent Gold piece.

Sterling Silver - A classic alternative to white gold. All items marked Sterling Silver are made from .925 Sterling Silver.

Gold Plating over Stainless Steel - Perfect for everyday wear. Some collections are made from surgical grade stainless steel plated in yellow or rose gold. This makes them ideal for everyday wear even at the beach.

Stainless Steel - We stock only items made from surgical stainless steel which is hypoallergenic, waterproof and nickel free.

What about the stones used?

Each piece will have information about the stones used (whether gemstone or semi-precious) however here is some further information.

Diamonds - Diamonds used will be Natural unless it is stated that they are created diamonds.

Coloured Diamonds - Black Diamonds are temperature treated to create the intense black colour. Other coloured Diamonds (red, blue, yellow) are treated to achieve their colour.

Natural Gemstones or Semi-precious stones - These are natural stones and are used in most collections. Coloured gemstones may have been treated using heating, diffusion or other methods to enhance the colour and clarity of the stone.

Created Gemstones - These have been grown in strictly controlled laboratiory conditions to recreate the brilliance of natural gemstones and will be labelled if used.

Pearls - Most pearls will be freshwater pearls unless otherwise stated. Pearls are created by nature and form in a range of shapes, sizes and colours. As such, each piece may look slightly different to the photograph.

What are your quality standards?

At Regarde Jewellers, we pride ourselves in making sure that the description we provide accurately matches your purchase so that you can be assured of your purchase.

Handcrafted Pieces - Some of our collections are handcrafted by our jewellery designers. Some pieces may have minor marks or slight variations from the photos provided.

Photography - To allow you to view the detail in jewellery items, some items may appear larger or smaller than actual size and colour may vary slightly. Some pieces are shown being worn or in a stylised way, in order to help demonstrate how it can be worn or how pieces can compliment each other. These stylised items are not included in the purchase.

Pendant Chains - All pendants are shown on display chains unless otherwise stated. Unless stated otherwise, pendants may come with a complimentary gold plated, sterling silver or stainless steel display chain. Display chains are not intended for daily use. 9ct Gold chains and alternative Sterling Silver chains can be purchased seperately.

Colours - Natural stones and pearls are unique and may differ slightly from the colour shown on our website. Computer screens can also vary in the way they represent colours which could result in the item being of slightly different colour in real life.

Weights & Measurements - To the best of our ability, we will state whether items contain created stones. Where we use carat and carat total weight in our descriptions, these may vary 0.05 carats from stated weight. For jewellery set with multiple diamonds, we provide the minimum total carat weight for the piece. We use accurate scales for gemstone and pearl measurements however we allow an 0.25mm tolerance.

Are you able to re-size rings?

Unfortunately, we do not offer any services connected to altering the jewellery or engraving. Please bear in mind that if you alter the products purchased, you will be unable to return them.

Ordering

I'm ordering this as a gift, will there be an invoice with prices in the package?

All our jewellery orders simply have a receipt showing what is in the package with no pricing. Our items do not have pricing labels.

Please let us know in the note box on your order that it is a gift and we can ensure your order will not be split into separate deliveries.

That means any items purchased from Regarde Jewellers is perfect as a gift!

How do I know my order has been placed?

Once you have completed the checkout process on our website and your payment has cleared, you will receive an email advising that your order has been successfully received.

If an order has been placed and payment has been made but no email has been received please firstly check your junk mail, if you still can't find an email please contact us here

Can I change my order once it is placed?

Unfortunately once an order is received, it begins to immediately process and we cannot cancel or make amendments to the order.

Amendments may include but are not limited to:

Change of delivery address; changes to colours and sizes; adding or removing items; applying discounts and full order cancellations

Please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by logging in to your account.

While we try to answer queries promptly between business hours, we ask that you allow up to 24-48 hours to receive a response from one of our team members.
